RETURN POLICY

At Basalt, we’re committed to finding a forever home for each piece. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within fourteen (14) days of your receipt. All eligible returns purchased at full price can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment. All sale, promotional, and/or discounted pieces may be returned for credit but only in the amount of the discounted value in which the item was purchased. We can’t refund shipping fees. 

Approved returns must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return. Orders past fourteen (14) days will not be accepted for any form of returns. Shipping fees on returns will not be refunded. If you send back your items using a courier of your own choice we always recommend you use tracked delivery for your parcels as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries.

*We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Basalt ships from Los Angeles, California. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via UPS and all international orders will be processed and shipped via DHL. We ship within 3 business days after payment authorization and verification is complete. For all orders above $250.00 USD, we require a signature for delivery.

For all pre-orders or backorders, you will be notified via email with an expected ship date.  

We are not responsible for local, state, federal, or international taxes, duties, and/or additional fees, costs, or penalties. This is your responsibility.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive a second notification via email with a tracking number to receive updates regarding your shipment. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delayed or lost items.

*Express, 2nd Day, Overnight Delivery & International Shipping - Orders placed after 12 PM PST will not ship until the next business day. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories cannot be expedited.
